Digital Camera Image

A digital camera is an electronic device that captures images in a digital format. It works in a similar way to a film-based camera, but uses a sensor called a CCD to record images rather than a strip of film. Once an image or video is captured by the CCD, it is saved to a memory card, such as an SD card. Images and videos saved to the memory card can be imported to a computer using a standard USB cable.

Digital cameras offer many advantages over traditional film-based cameras, which is why most cameras manufactured today are digital.
