Description

A KMZ file stores placemarks used by Google Earth. It is used for marking and saving locations on a map. Each marker includes the latitude and longitude of the location as well as a description of the area.

Google Earth is a global mapping program developed by Google. It was originally created by Keyhole Software, which was acquired by Google on October 27, 2004.
