Nothing Like a Flexible Timeline

July 15, 2002 — by Per Christensson

What is it with me and these last-minute updates? I guess when I set the "once-a-month" update schedule, I wasn't kidding. It was supposed to be at least once a month, but who's counting?

I was also a little optimistic when it came to setting a timeframe for the rollout of the new Web site design. I said possibly two weeks in my last update. Considering my last update was a month ago, it's been, well two weeks since the two week deadline. So, the new site isn't ready yet. But it's getting there. I usually am good at meeting deadlines, but as you regular visitors know, my Web site isn't always on the top of my list of things to do. Playing tennis 5 out of the last 7 days hasn't helped. Spending about two hours a day playing the keyboard hasn't helped either. Alas, priorities...

So, to summarize, the new Web site is not ready yet, but it is nearing completion. Just to be on the safe side, I'll say that the new site will be completed by March 15, 2010. That way, when I finish it next month, everybody will be pleasantly surprised. Well, at least surprised.
