B/c means because. It is a common abbreviation used both online and offline to preface a reason.

B/c is commonly used when explaining an action or opinion to someone else online or when texting. And although b/c is a substantial abbreviation for "because," it is not as popular or as much of an abbreviation as bc, which uses one less character.
