Folder containing e-mail messages for a specific mailbox in Outlook Express; named "Inbox.dbx," "Sent Items.dbx," etc; stored in the Store Folder within the Documents and Settings directory; DBX files may be copied to another folder in order to backup e-mail messages. Important: DBX files should not be opened or edited manually since they can become corrupted and cause Outlook Express to not function correctly. |
