The Personal File Cabinet (PFC) format is a proprietary data storage format used by America Online (AOL). It contains user data, such as e-mail messages, a list of contacts, and bookmarks. PFC files are referenced by AOL and should not be opened manually. However, the data from PFC files may be extracted using third-party programs like ePreserver and PFCEx - the AOL PFC Info Extractor. |
