File created by QuickBooks, a company money management program; contains financial data, templates, letters, logos, and images; also stores files from the QuickBooks Financial Statement Designer, Cash Flow Projector, Business Planner, and Loan Manager.

QBW files are used to compile all company financial information together. They can be backed up into .QBB files and .QBM files.

Important: QBM files do not backup all of QBW data. They only backup financial data.
