An E-mail Resolution
January 1, 2004 — by Per Christensson
Happy New Year to you all. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and a overall joyful holiday season. Now it is the new year, and alas, time for new resolutions. As many of you know, keeping up with my e-mail has long been on my list of things to improve. Yet, the box next to that item remains unchecked. So, with the new year at hand, I resolve to respond in a timely manner to those who write me.
My first step is to sort through the virtual pile of old letters in my Inbox, which I have already started to do. Secondly, I must expunge the 6769 spam messages that are currently in my Junk mailbox. Then, like a newly cleaned and vacuumed room, my mail program will be a comfortable place to spend time once again. That is my plan and my resolution. So, here's to keeping resolutions and to a prosperous 2004.
