Happy Birthday Sharpened.net

Today is Sharpened.net's 12th birthday! Like most other sites, Sharpened.net has evolved quite a bit over the last dozen years. The past year was especially exciting, considering I rolled out the biggest site revision in over five years. But even though all the changes, the purpose of Sharpened.net has remained the same — to sharpen your knowledge of computers and the Internet.

If you're a regular visitor, I hope you have enjoyed the recent search and navigation updates. If you haven't visited the site recently, make sure to browse through the Glossary, File Extensions, Acronyms, and Emoticons sections. I think you'll find them much easier to navigate. Finally, if you haven't upgraded your web browser to Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 4, Chrome 11, or Safari 5 yet, you're missing out on some of the cool new website interface features. So help me celebrate the 12th anniversary of Sharpened.net by updating your browser!
