Description

DWS files are created by Dyalog, a software development environment for the APL programming language. It contains a workspace configuraton, which includes APL source code and other objects.

DWS files are used for saving and loading workspaces in Dyalog, and can be used to transfer workspaces to other systems. They can also be used as templates for programming certain types of applications. The saws.dws file, for example, provides a SAWS (Stand-Alone WebService) workspace with the required code for creating web services.
