Description

PKF files are peak files generated by Adobe Audition. They are created automatically whenever a .WAV file is opened. Each PKF file contains waveform data related to the corresponding WAV file and is used to visually display the waveform in the Audition project window.

Important: PKF files are similar to .PK files, but contain floating point data. The PKF format was first used by Adobe Audition CS5.5 and is not supported be earlier versions of the program.
