A PPM_B file is a data file used for flashing (or restoring) the system data on a Nokia cell phone. It contains a language pack that adds support for different languages to the phone.

Nokia PPM files are available for several different language packs. The letter after "ppm_" defines which language pack the file contains. PPM files can be applied to Nokia phones using a third-party Nokia flash utility.
